To qualify, you need to book a Discovery Call and, if it’s a fit, place a $5,000 fully refundable deposit between 19 June and 2 July 2026. That locks in today’s base pricing and the EOFY Foundation Upgrade rate.

Yes. For this EOFY Price‑Lock offer, your $5,000 Safe‑Start Reservation Fee is 100% refundable if you change your mind any time up until your Design Consultation or 30 days after payment (whichever comes first).
Paying the fee:
locks in your EOFY promo pricing for up to 6 months (as long as your design is finalised and your build contract is signed in that window), and
is fully credited toward the price of your tiny home.
After the refund window, we’ve started detailed design and pre‑construction work, so the fee becomes non‑refundable, but the full $5,000 remains as a credit toward your tiny home build.

That’s fine. The deposit simply locks in today’s pricing and your spot in the build queue. We finalise your exact model, layout and upgrade choices during your design consult.

Most of our clients are still finalising either land or finance when they reserve their home. On your Discovery Call we’ll talk through your situation and, if you’re not ready, we’ll explain what needs to be in place before you pay a deposit.

No. The $8,990 EOFY pricing for Foundation is only available for homes where the deposit is paid between 19 June and 2 July 2026. After that, Foundation returns to its normal price of $10,990.
