How your Modular build works.

  • We run an initial site check, talk through your goals, and confirm whether a 1 or 2 bedroom modular is likely to work on your property.

  • After the call, we create a custom design package for you for free (normally $1,200):
    • 3D model of your home
    • Photorealistic renders
    • Full set of drawings
    • Detailed inclusions list
    So you can see exactly what you’re getting before you commit.

  • You place a $5,000 deposit to lock in your build slot and fund council and application costs.

    We lodge the applications and manage the approvals process on your behalf (or support you if you choose DIY).

  • About a week later, we sit down for your design consultation and colour selection. Together we finalise:
    • Fixtures & fittings
    • Colours & finishes
    • Layout tweaks & storage
    • Final drawings & inclusions

    We also confirm timelines around approvals and build start.

  • Your modular home is built in our facility, then delivered, craned into place and finished on-site.

    Final walkthrough, keys handed over, ready to move in or rent out.
