We’ll help you choose the right model, deck size and options for your situation.
Step 2 – Finalise Your Quote
We’ll prepare a clear quote showing:
• Your chosen tiny home and base price
• Your deck and pergola size at $8,000 off
• Optional extras such as balustrades and POD rooms
Review everything before deciding whether to proceed.
Step 3 – Secure your package with a $5,000 reservation fee
Reserve your tiny home and deck package during the launch period.
Your $5,000 reservation fee secures:
• Your launch pricing
• One of the 10 available launch packages
• Your place in the design and planning process
You have a 30-day reservation period to finalise your finance, land and project requirements. After 30 days, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable and is applied toward your build.

The $5,000 Safe‑Start Reservation Fee includes a 30‑day reservation period. This gives you time to finalise your finance, land and project requirements. If you decide not to proceed within those 30 days, the fee will be refunded. After 30 days, it becomes non‑refundable and is applied toward your build.
